Call Childline on 0800 1111. You'll get through to a counsellor, they're there to listen and support you with anything you'd like to talk about. Or, you can have a 1-2-1 counsellor chat online.

You can also send an email from your locker.

Childline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

NHS urgent mental health helplines are for people of all ages in England.

You can call for: 24-hour advice and support for you, your child, your parent or

someone you care for help speaking to a mental health professional an assessment to find the right care for you.

Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. They're available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Shout provides free, 24/7 text support for young people across the UK experiencing a mental health crisis.

All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors.

Infoline is an information and signposting service. They don’t provide a listening service or a crisis service.

Mind Infoline is open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (except for bank holidays).

SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers.


They are normally open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm on 0300 304 7000.
